Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Biology Zhang Baolong research team and Nanjing Agricultural University, Shandong University collaborative study found that two filamentous pathogens through the use of unusual secreted proteins undermine the plant’s salicylic acid biosynthesis. This study explores the function of a conserved toxic protein of cotton Verticillium dahliae and Phytophthora sojae and its mechanism of transport. Verticillium wilt cause cotton Verticillium wilt, the disease is currently the most restrictive factors of domestic cotton production; Phytophthora sojae is oomycete,
