原料:新西兰羊排、玉米粒、胡萝卜丁、烧烤酱、花椒、大料、桂皮、蒜末、白芝麻、孜然。做法:羊排腌渍入味后蒸烂,放入烤箱烤上色,取出刷上烧烤酱,再入烤盘烤10分钟。然后再刷一遍烧烤酱,烤3分钟,取出改刀装盘;胡萝卜丁、玉米粒焯水后,加食盐、味精炒好,放在羊排中间即可。特点:鲜香不腻,辣而不燥。
