Four non-saponins were isolated from the ginseng root, and their managerial properties, spectral analysis, and thin-layer chromatography were used to identify β-sitosterol, carrot saccharin, sucrose, and adenosine. These four compounds were firstly extracted from ginseng. Known chemical constituents isolated from Lutou
