本文对小型空心砌块建筑施工中遇到的几个问题进行试验研究。第一个问题是芯柱砼,选择水泥用量、外加剂、坍落度和振捣工艺为四个因素。试验结果表明;振捣工艺是影响有芯柱砼砌体强度的主要因素;第二个问题是芯柱内上下钢筋的连接,搭接长度有15d、25d、30d和35d,上下钢筋位置有对中、偏中和斜偏。试验结果表明:钢筋对中、偏中、斜偏搭接25d钢筋屈服、对角偏心搭接35d钢筋屈服。第三个问题是砌筑砂浆,对M10、M7.5、M5.0砂浆配比进行试验,M10灰膏用量和水泥用量是主要因素,而M7.5和M5.0水泥用量是主要因素。
This paper conducts a pilot study on several problems encountered in the construction of small hollow blocks. The first problem is the enthalpy of the core column. Selecting the amount of cement, admixture, slump and vibrating process are four factors. The test results show that the vibroflotation process is the main factor influencing the strength of the cored-column masonry; the second problem is the connection of upper and lower rebars in the core column. The overlap lengths are 15d, 25d, 30d and 35d. The positions of the upper and lower rebars are opposite. Middle, partial and oblique bias. The results of the test show that: After 25 days of rebar yielding, the center of the rebar, the middle portion of the rebar, and the oblique portion of the rebar are lapped to yield 35d of the rebar. The third problem is the masonry mortar. The M10, M7.5, and M5.0 mortars were tested. The amount of M10 plaster and the amount of cement used were the main factors, while the cement content of M7.5 and M5.0 was the main factor.
