上海地铁区间隧道采用备有同步注浆设施的土压平衡盾构施工。当衬砌脱出盾尾后,其与周围土介质之间存在一个环形空隙。为保证工程质量,必须及时向空隙内注入性能优良的浆液,以减少地表沉降、隧道变形和增加抗震性能。为此,作者对装液的配比进行了专门的研究。通过试验、分析、计算,提出了动静性能优良、泵送性好、价格低廉的浆液的优选配制方法,对上海地铁建设具有工程实用意义。
Shanghai Metro tunnel with synchronous grouting facilities with earth pressure balance shield construction. When the liner emerges from the shield tail, there is an annular gap between it and the surrounding soil medium. In order to ensure the quality of the project, it is necessary to inject a good slurry into the gap in time to reduce surface subsidence, tunnel deformation and increase the seismic performance. To this end, the author made a special study on the ratio of liquid loading. Through the experiment, analysis and calculation, the optimal preparation method of slurry with good performance of static and dynamic performance, good pumpability and low cost is put forward, which has practical significance for the construction of Shanghai Metro.
