目的:探讨团队管理模式用于急诊护理管理中的价值。方法:将浙江省安吉县人民医院急诊科36名护理人员纳入本研究,根据管理方式不同分为实施传统模式的对照组和实施团队管理模式的观察组。使用知信行问卷评估干预前后两组护理人员护理风险态度、行为、知识;考核干预前后两组护士对急诊科临床疾病病因病机、临床症状及危害、并发症预防及处理掌握程度;记录风险事件,比较护理满意率。结果:干预前两组KAP问卷中行为、知识、态度分值,以及病因病机、临床症状及危害、并发症预防和处理分数差异均不明显(P>0.05);干预后观察组各项分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件总发生率为4.98%低于对照组的14.16%(P<0.05);护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团队管理能使护理人员积极对待工作,主动获取知识和经验,提高护理人员对急诊科常见疾病及并发症的认知程度,减少护理风险事件,提高护理质量和护理满意率。
Objective: To explore the value of team management in emergency nursing management. Methods: 36 Nursing staff of Emergency Department of People’s Hospital of Anji County, Zhejiang Province were included in this study. According to the different management methods, they were divided into control group implementing traditional model and observation group implementing team management mode. Before and after the intervention, the two groups of nurses’ attitudes to etiology and pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and harms of clinical diseases, prevention and treatment of complications were mastered. The risk events , More nursing satisfaction rate. Results: There was no significant difference in behavior, knowledge, attitudes, scores of pathogenesis, knowledge, attitudes, symptoms and pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and harms, complications prevention and treatment scores before intervention (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 4.98% lower than that in the control group (14.16%, P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The team management can make nursing staff actively treat their work, take the initiative to gain knowledge and experience, improve nursing staff’s cognition of common diseases and complication in emergency department, reduce nursing risk events, improve nursing quality and satisfaction rate of nursing.
