某型飞机在设计时对发动机参数记录数量少,发动机在外场出现故障后不易判断故障且无法做到故障的高效甄别,更无法实现提前预防。因此,研制状态监视与故障诊断系统可以对外场使用过程、结构、性能、寿命等工作参数变化情况进行监控和诊断。发动机信号的输入是状态监视和诊断系统设计重要的基础工作。本文重点研究信号提取和电缆设计的方法。
A certain type of aircraft in the design of the engine parameters recorded a small number of engines in the field after the failure is not easy to determine the fault and failure to do efficient screening, but can not achieve early prevention. Therefore, the development of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system can monitor and diagnose the change of working parameters such as process, structure, performance and life of external field. The input of engine signals is an important foundation for the design of condition monitoring and diagnostic systems. This article focuses on signal extraction and cable design methods.
