目前,钢桁梁桥的维护保养及大修是铁路工务作业较为薄弱的环节,由于缺乏一种简便、实用、安全的专用检修机械,钢桁梁桥的日常保养及检查难以落到实处,特别是大部分的钢结构主要受力点或连接节点均处在检修人员难以观测或触及的高空中,检修工作更难进行,从而对桥梁的使用寿命及安全造成严重的影响。钢析梁桥的大修、喷漆,以往采用搭脚手架、悬挂吊笼等方法进行施工,工期长、效率低、施工难度大,且存在安全问题。尤其在电气化线路中,安全问题更为突出。
At present, the maintenance and overhaul of the steel truss girder bridge is a weak link in the railway public works. In particular, Most of the main stress points or connecting nodes of steel structures are in the high altitude which is hard to be observed or touched by the maintenance personnel, and the maintenance work is more difficult, thus seriously affecting the service life and safety of the bridge. Steel beam overhaul bridges, painting, the past using scaffolding, hanging cage and other methods of construction, long duration, low efficiency, construction is difficult, and there are safety issues. Especially in the electrified line, the safety problem is more prominent.
