钢铁零件经热处理后,有时会出现一些原因不明的表面缺陷,如起皮、剥落、灰斑和麻坑等。如果损害部位的深度超过了加工余量,即造成零件报废。对于这类缺陷的产生,有时尚难找到确实的原因。根据我们的生产经验和试验工作,提出了一种不为人们注意的损害钢铁零件表面的现象,即在高温加热时,钢铁零件与熔融状态的低熔点金属或合金接触,造成零件表面的侵蚀。我们暂称之为“熔蚀”。
After heat treatment of steel parts, there may be some unexplained surface defects, such as peeling, peeling, gray spots and Ma Hang and so on. If the depth of the damaged part exceeds the allowance, the part is scrapped. For such defects, it is sometimes hard to find a real reason. According to our production experience and experimental work, an unnoticed phenomenon of damaging the surface of the steel parts is proposed. That is, the steel parts come into contact with the molten low-melting-point metal or alloy during high temperature heating, resulting in the erosion of the surface of the part. We tentatively call it “Corrosion”.
