足球比赛中的裁判问题总是赛后最尖锐的问题,这也是足球场上一个永恒的话题。比赛不能没有裁判,但是没有百分之百正确的裁判。可以说这也是足球的魅力,绿茵场上的争议本身就是足球特有的规律。 近几年来,从各种级别的比赛到全运会,裁判的工作受到各方面的关注,然而却不太令人满意。裁判员的形象在球队和球迷心目中“黯然失色”。在当前治理、整顿我国足球的同时,全面提高裁判员队伍的质量愈显重要。树立高尚的职业道德是一名足球裁判员应具备的先决条件之一。 那么,裁判员应该具备什么样的职业道德呢?
