我院自1984年起采用膀胱腔内超声断层显象方法检查各种膀胱疾病患者41例,其中膀胱肿瘤28例。现简要报道如下。 一、临床资料 使用Aloka SSD-520 B型超声断层诊断仪的ASU-52B经尿道探头,此探头外径8mm,可经尿道插入膀胱,探头沿顺时针方向旋转呈圆周扫描,速度为0~10圈/秒,超声换能器的频率为7.5兆赫。检查方法:将经尿道探头置入膀胱,操作步骤与膀胱镜检相同。然后注入无菌水150ml,将探头自膀胱颈逐渐向前移动,同时观察荧光屏上显示的断层象。发现肿瘤时,应了解肿瘤的大小、部位,与膀胱壁的关系,重点是肿瘤向深部浸润的程度,并
