文献报导合成二茂铁的方法一般需要极严格的无水条件,如二乙胺法,高温气相法,同样不能有水存在,而现代相转移催化法要求不那么苛刻,可以使用结晶水的氯化亚铁。本文用氯化亚铁水溶液合成二茂铁的方法,不用任何催化剂,最高产率可达79%,而文献指出的无相转移催化剂时产率在12%以下。本法在操作上与典型相转移催化法极为相似,除具有相转移催化法的各种优点外,还具有可使用水溶液,不用催化剂,省去干冰丙酮浴等优点。
The reported synthesis of ferrocene generally requires extremely severe anhydrous conditions such as the diethylamine method and the high-temperature gas-phase method, as well as the absence of water. However, the modern phase-transfer catalysis method is less demanding and can use crystalline water of chlorine Ferrous. In this paper, ferrocene aqueous solution of ferrocene synthesis method, without any catalyst, the maximum yield of up to 79%, while the literature points out that the phase transfer catalyst yield of 12% or less. This method is very similar in operation to the typical phase-transfer catalysis. In addition to the various advantages of the phase-transfer catalysis method, it also has the advantage of using an aqueous solution without a catalyst and eliminating the need for dry-ice acetone baths.
