本文将我院重症监护室(ICU)近两个月来使用KR—Ⅱ型开放式喷射呼吸机治疗小儿急性呼衰8例作一临床分析,认为高频给氧操作方便、对技术要求不高,缺乏气管插管条件时亦能进行,能迅速提高PaO_2,纠正低氧血症,应为抢救Ⅰ型呼衰的常规措施之一。高频通气需较熟练的气管插管技术,能明显提高PaO_2,降低PaCO_2,通常用于Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的急救。并指出该型高频呼吸机的主要优缺点,使用时注意事项和改进意见。最后指出,尽管高频喷射呼吸机有许多长处,但在小儿呼吸衰竭的治疗中还不能完全取代常频呼吸机,高频通气的某些机理目前还不甚明瞭,有待人们去继续研究和探索。

High-frequency ventilation to be more skilled tracheal intubation technology, can significantly improve PaO_2, reduce PaCO_2, usually used for type Ⅱ respiratory failure of the first aid. And pointed out the main advantages and disadvantages of this type of high-frequency ventilator, the use of precautions and suggestions for improvement. Finally, it is pointed out that although the high-frequency jet ventilator has many advantages, it can not completely replace the regular ventilator in the treatment of pediatric respiratory failure. At present, some mechanisms of high frequency ventilatory ventilation are still unclear, and people are required to continue their research and exploration .
