分子电子器件是由具有光、电、离子、磁、热、机械和化学反应性能的分子和超分子组装排列而成的有序结构,是在分子或超分子层次上完成信息和能量的检测、转换、传输、存储与处理等功能的化学及物理统一体。本文对分子电子器件,如分子导线、分子开关、分子整流器和分子存储器等的概念和研究进展进行简单的介绍。
Molecular electronic devices are ordered structures composed of molecules and supramolecular assemblies with the properties of light, electricity, ions, magnetism, heat, mechanical and chemical reactions, and are used for the detection of information and energy at the molecular or supramolecular level. Conversion, transmission, storage and processing functions of the chemical and physical unity. This article briefly introduces the concepts and research progress of molecular electronic devices such as molecular wires, molecular switches, molecular rectifiers and molecular memories.
