为什么要搞风险企业 从高级技术产业发达的一些国家的经验来看,建立风险型企业进行创业、开拓是促进科学研究成果迅速转化为生产力、使高级技术商品化的重要途径。风险企业区别于一般经营型企业,它完全依赖于技术上的发明与创造。没有新的技术思想,也就没有风险企业存在的前提。因此,它尤其是促使高级技术产业迅速发展的重要途径。近年在美日兴起的风险投资热,决不是偶然的,而是新技术革命必然伴生的,富有时代的特征。
