实践证明,运动生物力学对运动技术教学、训练、技术定性定量诊断有着十分重要的作用。所以,运用运动生物力学探求技术动作原理、指导运动训练、改进发展动作、提高运动成绩、赶超世界水平,已被广大教练员、运动员越来越感兴趣。相信随着该学科的进一步发展,我国各项运动成绩还将会有一个飞跃发展的美好前景。加快实现这个愿望,对教学工作者来说,运动生物力学教学内容的完善、方法的改进、实验的加强,教学效果的提高必然会提出新的更高的要求。也就是在培养大批体育师资(包括教练员)过程中,采取什么样的教学内容,方法和手段,使学习者对基本理论理解、分析和解决问题能力的提高,责任重大。同时也应引起我们的足够重视。培养学生实际分析和解决问题的能力,需要有具体的相应的教学过程、方法和手段。这就需要专业教师进行深入地教学研究,尽快完善运动生物力学各教学环节还不规范的现状。
Practice has proved that sports biomechanics plays a very important role in teaching, training and qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of sports skills. Therefore, the use of sports biomechanics to explore the principle of technical action, guide sports training, improve development action, improve sports performance, catch up with the world level, has been the majority of coaches, athletes more and more interested. I believe that with the further development of the discipline, our sports achievements will also have a bright future for rapid development. To speed up the realization of this desire, for teaching workers, sports biomechanics teaching content improvement, improvement of methods, experiments, teaching effectiveness will inevitably put forward new and higher requirements. That is, what kind of teaching contents, methods and means should be adopted during the training of a large number of PE teachers (including coaches) so as to enable the learners to take a great responsibility for improving the ability of basic theories to understand, analyze and solve problems. At the same time, it should also attract enough attention from us. To cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve problems in practice requires specific corresponding teaching processes, methods and means. This requires professional teachers in-depth teaching and research, as soon as possible to improve the sports biomechanical aspects of the teaching is not standardized status quo.
