用原子吸收光谱法检测汉中市 174例小学生龋患儿及 15 9名对照组小学生头发微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn及常量元素Ca、Mg的含量。结果表明龋患组发Ca含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;女生龋患组发Zn、Fe、Mg含量低于女生对照组同指标 (P <0 0 5 ) ;常态下女生发Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量明显高于男生同指标 (P <0 0 0 1或P <0 0 1) ;发Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn5种元素之间有不同程度的相关性。提示龋病的发生可能与体内元素含量异常及性别有关
The contents of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Ca, Mg in the hair of 174 primary caries children and 15 9 control children in Hanzhong City were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Ca in the caries-bearing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of Zn, Fe and Mg in the female caries group were lower than those in the female control group (P <0.05) The contents of Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe were significantly higher than those of boys (P <0.01 or P <0.01). There were different correlations among the five elements Ca, Mg, Zn and Mn. Prompted the occurrence of dental caries may be related to the abnormal content of the body and gender
