目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定更年安片中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Lichrom C_(8)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(25:75),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为320 nm。结果:2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.220 0～3.520 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.29%,RSD=1.22%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,可用于更年安片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Gengnian An Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Lichrom C_ (8) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (25:75), flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 . Results: A good linear relationship was found between 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and 0.220 0 ~ 3.520 0 μg (r = 0.999 9) Was 99.29%, RSD = 1.22% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Gengnian An.
