This paper studies the school canteen on the theoretical basis of labor process theory and female geography, and analyzes the classification and identification mechanism of the two types of women workers in the workplace. First of all, the significance of the theory of labor process lies in the analysis of how capitalist obeys employees and a steady hierarchy of division of labor in the process of development. However, this study shows that when some women workers are not fully integrated into the central part of production, Prior to the place of gender identity has played an important role in the preset. Therefore, this paper attempts to promote the research of the double-layer mechanism of social-space function and try to promote the theoretical construction of the identification and production of self-identity in the labor process in the micro-spatial scale.
