应用LSAB法免疫组化技术,研究抗DAKO-M1单抗在人体27个部位正常组织,196例上皮性肿瘤和52例非上皮性肿瘤的表达。结果表明,DAKO-M1可作为各种正常上皮细胞、腺癌及何杰金氏淋巴瘤R-S细胞的良好标志物。DAKO-M1在腺癌组织的定位分布对判断分化程度有参考意义。
LSAB immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of anti-DAKO-M1 monoclonal antibody in 27 normal tissues, 196 epithelial tumors and 52 non-epithelial tumors. The results showed that DAKO-M1 can be used as a good marker of various normal epithelial cells, adenocarcinoma and Hodgkin’s lymphoma R-S cells. The distribution of DAKO-M1 in adenocarcinoma tissue has reference value for judging the degree of differentiation.
