日本医师 Fujii 等进行了一项双盲研究,测定格拉司琼(granisetron)对儿童的这一适应证的最低有效剂量。格拉司琼40μg/kg 可有效减少症状(恶心、呕吐)发生频率。而80μg/kg 剂量没有任何更进一步的好处。
Japanese physician Fujii et al. Conducted a double-blind study to determine the minimum effective dose of granisetron for this indication in children. Granisetron 40μg / kg can effectively reduce the frequency of symptoms (nausea, vomiting). While the 80 μg / kg dose did not have any further benefit.
