本文对43例病理诊断为恶性肿瘤的病人,当其出现骨转移症状时,进行放射性核素骨显像并与X线骨骼检查进行对照研究。两种方法符合率88%,对于放射性核素骨显像,其阳性率为70%,假阴性率2.3%。结果表明在检测原发肿瘤骨转移时,放射性核素骨显像应做为一常规检查手段。为了减少假阳性的出现,X线骨检查应用来辨别骨显像中所显示的可疑转移区。
In this paper, 43 patients with pathologically diagnosed malignant tumors were examined with radionuclide bone imaging and X-ray skeletal examination when they had bone metastases. The coincidence rate of the two methods was 88%. For radionuclide bone imaging, the positive rate was 70% and the false negative rate was 2.3%. The results showed that radionuclide bone imaging should be used as a routine examination method when detecting primary tumor bone metastases. To reduce the occurrence of false positives, an X-ray bone examination was used to identify the suspected metastatic regions shown in the bone scintigraphy.
