利用光内送粉技术对小间隙双层斜套的成形工艺进行了研究,采用依次独立堆积路径、法向分层、无错位堆积工艺方法成形了双层斜套。实验结果表明,该工艺可以提升激光成形双层斜套的效率,节约金属粉末,有效保证薄壁件的厚度均匀性和双层斜壁之间的间距稳定性。成形件表面形貌平整,显微组织致密均匀,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷,显微硬度分布均匀。
The forming technology of small gap double inclined sleeve was researched by the light feeding powder technology. The double inclined cover was formed by the method of independent stacking path, normal layering and no-error stacking. The experimental results show that the process can improve the efficiency of the laser-formed double inclined sleeve, save the metal powder, and effectively ensure the thickness uniformity of the thin-walled part and the spacing stability between the double inclined walls. Forming parts surface morphology is smooth, dense and uniform microstructure, no cracks, pores and other defects, microhardness distribution.
