以钛酸丁酯、磷钨酸、硝酸铝为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了AlPW12O40/TiO2复合催化剂。考察了对苯甲醚乙酰化反应制备对甲氧基苯乙酮的催化活性。实验结果表明:AlPW12O40负载量、催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应时间及反应温度等是影响催化效果的重要因素。反应的适宜条件为:AlPW12O40负载量为35%,乙酸酐与苯甲醚物质的量之比为2.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3%,反应温度100℃,反应60 min,苯甲醚转化率可达到84.5%。催化剂易于分离,重复使用仍有较高催化活性。
AlPW12O40 / TiO2 composite catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method using butyl titanate, phosphotungstic acid and aluminum nitrate as the main raw materials. The catalytic activity of anisole acetylation to p-methoxyacetophenone was investigated. The experimental results show that the loading of AlPW12O40, the amount of catalyst, the ratio of reactants, the reaction time and the reaction temperature are the important factors affecting the catalytic effect. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: the loading of AlPW12O40 was 35%, the ratio of acetic anhydride to anisole was 2.5, the amount of catalyst was 3% of the total mass of the reactants, the reaction temperature was 100 ℃, the reaction time was 60 min, Conversion rate up to 84.5%. The catalyst is easy to separate and still has high catalytic activity after repeated use.
