成功教育能有效地开发学习困难学生(意即有学习障碍的学生)的内部动力系统,促进学习困难学生的全面发展。职业院校的学生大部分是学习困难学生。因此,借鉴成功教育理论具有十分重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了成功教育理论,然后论述了职业教育为什么要借鉴成功教育理论,最后提出了借鉴成功教育理论的一些具体作法,以资职业院校的领导、老师借鉴。
Successful education can effectively develop the internal motivation system of students with learning disabilities (that is, students with learning disabilities) and promote the all-round development of students with learning difficulties. The majority of students in vocational colleges are students with learning difficulties. Therefore, drawing on the theory of successful education has very important practical significance. This paper first introduces the theory of successful education, and then discusses why vocational education should learn from the theory of successful education. Finally, it puts forward some concrete practices of drawing lessons from successful education theories, and draws lessons from the leaders and teachers of vocational colleges.
