随着经济的发展,社会的进步,向社会开放高校图书馆,对于两个文明的建设,对于构建社会主义和谐社会越发重要。本文阐述了图书馆社会化的可行性和必要性。指出高校图书馆利用信息资源、人才、技术以及场所、设备等优势,在满足教学和科研的基础上向社会提供各种方式的服务,能够缓解我国图书馆数量不能满足需要的局面,尽量满足企事业和个人用户的需求,并能获得可观的经济效益和巨大的社会效益。
With economic development, social progress and the opening up of university libraries to the society, it is more and more important for the construction of the two civilizations and the building of a harmonious socialist society. This article expounds the feasibility and necessity of library socialization. It points out that the university library can provide all kinds of services to the society based on the advantages of information resources, talents, technology, place and equipment and so on.
