患者29岁,孕3产1,人工流产两次,带节育环2年。因停经40天,阴道持续少量出血13天,左上腹突发撕裂样疼痛7h、伴大汗淋漓,恶心呕吐,于1994年3月6日10时急诊入院。患者末次月经1994年1月24日,自2月22日起阴道持续少量出血。体检:患者呈急性痛苦面容,贫血貌,T36.9℃、P120次/min、R26次/min,BP10/8kPa,全腹压痛及反跳痛(+),以左上腹为甚,移动性浊音阳性。妇科检查:外阴经产式,阴道有少量暗红色血液,后穹窿饱满,宫颈光滑,举痛阳性,子宫前倾、较大,
