部分公交公司在保障员工健康、对培训员工进行自我心理调节、制定员工帮助计划、离职员工管理、危机管理等人性化管理方面存在不足。其根本原因在于对人的本质认识存在偏差和没有树立真正的人性化管理理念。从夯实人性化管理基础、构建劳动关系和谐企业、提升员工的工作满意度和建立有利于人本管理顺利实施的企业环境等方面入手,可以提高国内公交公司的人性化管理水平。
Some bus companies have some problems in human health management, self-regulation of training staff, development of staff help programs, separation staff management and crisis management. The fundamental reason lies in the deviation of understanding of human nature and the absence of a truly humanized management philosophy. From the aspects of laying a solid foundation for humanistic management, building a harmonious enterprise with labor relations, improving the employee’s job satisfaction and establishing a business environment conducive to the smooth implementation of humanistic management, the humanized management level of domestic bus companies can be raised.
