通过研究不同的消解体系对塑格悬浮式运动地板的消解效果,确立了以HNO3-H2O2-HF为微波消解体系消解样品的方法,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定塑格悬浮式运动地板中4种重金属Pb、Cd、Cr和Hg的含量。ICP-MS和ICP-OES法的线性相关系数均大于0.999。ICP-MS法的加标回收率在82.0%~111.5%之间,RSD在0.1%~11.1%之间,ICP-OES法的加标回收率在97.1%~116.5%之间,RSD在0.2%~9.2%之间。这两种方法具有快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高等优点,均适合塑格悬浮运动地板中这4种重金属的检测。两种方法中,ICP-MS检出限较低,在样品痕量及超痕量分析有重要应用,但其仪器成本高,普及率低,而ICP-OES在基层实验室的普及率更高。
By studying the digestion effect of different digestion systems on the plastic floating suspended floor, a method of digesting samples with HNO3-H2O2-HF as microwave digestion system was established. The lower limit of detection (ICP-MS) of the two methods is important for trace and ultra-trace analysis of samples but the high cost and low penetration of ICP-OES in labs at higher levels .
