The concentrations of rifapentine in muscle tissue around plasma-free and drug-loaded artificial bone (hydroxyapatite ceramic bone) were determined by RP-HPLC with ODS column, methanol-0.05mol / L phosphate buffer (PH5.4) (71:29) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. Internal standard method.
