地塞米松磷酸钠联合口服口炎清颗粒治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓

目的:观察地塞米松磷酸钠注射液封闭联合口服口炎清颗粒治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将糜烂型扁平苔藓30例随机分成2组,治疗组16例采用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液2 mg与2%盐酸利多卡因注射液1 mL行病损区基底部封闭,1次/周,连用4周,同时口服口炎清颗粒,20 g(即2袋),2次/d,连用4周;对照组14例采用口服羟氯喹片,100 mg,2次/d,连用4周。结果:治疗后3个月随访疗效,治疗组16例,有效15例,无效1例;对照组14例,有效9例,无效5例;2组有效率之间有明显差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松磷酸钠注射液封闭联合口服口炎清颗粒治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓可提高临床疗效。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in combination with oral Kou Yan Qing granules in the treatment of erosive lichen planus. Methods: Thirty patients with erosional lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 16 patients in the treatment group were treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection (2 mg) and 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection (1 mL) Week, continuous use for 4 weeks, at the same time oral Kou Yanqing particles, 20 g (2 bags), 2 times / d for 4 weeks; control group of 14 patients with oral hydroxychloroquine tablets, 100 mg, 2 times / d, week. Results: Three months after treatment, 16 cases were treated, 15 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. In the control group, 14 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective and 5 cases were ineffective. There was significant difference between the two groups Control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection combined with oral Kou Yan Qing granules in the treatment of erosive lichen planus can improve the clinical curative effect.
