选取金属基复合材料为加工对象,于刀具上加载超声振动进行车削试验。对比研究表明:辅助超声振动车削较常规方式车削的加工质量好且刀具磨损程度轻;试验参数不同程度地影响辅助超声振动车削试样的表面质量以及刀具磨损程度;随着切削深度增加和进给量增大,试样表面粗糙度和刀具后刀面磨损量均呈递增趋势;而随着转速加快,试样表面粗糙度呈递减趋势,刀具后刀面磨损量则呈递增趋势。
Select the metal matrix composites as the processing object, the tool is loaded with ultrasonic vibration turning test. The comparative study shows that the auxiliary ultrasonic vibration turning has better machining quality and less tool wear compared with the conventional method. The test parameters affect the surface quality and tool wear of the auxiliary ultrasonic vibration turning test specimen to varying degrees. With the increase of cutting depth and feed The surface roughness of the sample and the flank wear amount of the tool show an increasing trend. As the speed increases, the surface roughness of the sample shows a decreasing trend, and the flank wear of the tool shows an increasing trend.
