为探讨肝损伤后颌下腺颗粒曲管(granularconvolutedtubule,GCT)细胞内表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowthfactor,EGF)的变化与肝的自愈过程之间的关系,本研究用免疫组织化学方法观察了CCl4所致大鼠肝损伤自愈过程中颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞内表皮生长因子的反应强度及相关数量变化。结果显示:肝损伤后的第2、4、8d,EGF阳性细胞数增加(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01)。肝损伤第2d,GCT细胞内弱阳性细胞数增多(P<0.01),第4d,中等及弱阳性细胞数增多(P<0.001,P<0.001),至第8d,强、中、弱阳性细胞数均增多(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05)。结果表明:颌下腺GCT细胞内的EGF参与肝损伤后的修复及再生。
In order to investigate the relationship between the changes of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and the process of hepatic self-healing in the liver of post-hepatic injury, we used immunohistochemistry to observe the changes of epidermal growth factor (EGF) Intensity and correlative quantity of epidermal growth factor in submandibular gland granular cell during spontaneous healing of rat liver injury. The results showed that on the 2nd, 4th, 8th day after liver injury, the number of EGF positive cells increased (P <0.05, P <0.01, P <0.01). On the 2nd day after liver injury, the number of weakly positive cells in GCT cells increased (P <0.01). On the 4th day, the number of moderate and weakly positive cells increased (P <0.001, P <0.001) , The number of weak positive cells increased (P <0.001, P <0.001, P <0.05). The results showed that EGF in GCT cells of submandibular gland was involved in the repair and regeneration of liver injury.
