通过水力学模型实验,研究了非对称中间包的流场和流动分布。实验通过在中间包模型内加挡渣堰、“V”型挡墙及“U”型挡墙,并调整挡墙上开孔的倾角和位置来控制流体流动的方式,从而使流场得以改善,满足生产和实际要求,保证连铸机的正常操作和铸坯质量。
Through the hydraulic model experiment, the flow field and flow distribution in asymmetric tundish were studied. The experiment improved the flow field by adding dross weir, “V” retaining wall and “U” retaining wall within the tundish model and adjusting the inclination and position of the opening in the retaining wall to control the fluid flow , To meet the production and the actual requirements, to ensure the normal operation of continuous casting machine and slab quality.
