由于磨机规格的增大,将会增加工作应力并降低设计应力极限,所以对其结构设计要求有足够的准确性和可靠性。介绍了利用有限元分析方法对φ8.8m×4.8m半自磨机的筒体部进行应力计算分析,同时根据疲劳寿命极限标准,对半自磨机的疲劳寿命进行了分析。
As mill specifications increase, it will increase the working stress and reduce the design stress limit, so its structural design requirements have sufficient accuracy and reliability. The stress analysis and calculation of the barrel of φ8.8m × 4.8m semi-autogenous mill with finite element method is introduced. And the fatigue life of the semi-autogenous mill is analyzed according to the fatigue life limit standard.
