卷扬机在稳定性、可靠性的要求下,对控制系统提出了更高的要求,将模糊控制与传统的PID控制方法结合起来,应用于卷扬机的控制,以JM12.5型卷扬机为例,以卷扬机运行的速度误差变化率Ec和速度误差E作为输入信号设计模糊PID控制器,并在MATLAB中进行仿真分析,得到输出响应曲线,模糊PID控制明显优于传统的控制系统。
Under the requirements of stability and reliability, the hoist puts forward higher requirements on the control system. The fuzzy control is combined with the traditional PID control method and applied to the control of the hoist. Take the JM12.5 hoist as an example, Run rate error rate of change Ec and speed error E as the input signal design fuzzy PID controller and simulation analysis in MATLAB to get the output response curve, fuzzy PID control is significantly better than the traditional control system.
