(一) 南通电子厂是南头中学的校办来料加工企业,始办于1980年9月。最初由南航电子厂与香港品高电子有限公司签订合同,学校只是出租厂房。1984年5月,双方因种种原因中止合同,南头中学便走上前台,与香港运通电子公司签订来料加工合同,正式成了企业的“甲方”。1985年9月。南头中学用企业留成外汇购置了一条收录机装配线及一批测试仪器,由校方派员负责,独立经营管理,开始承接国内外收录机、电话机等装配业务。到1986年,企业生产得到了进一步发展,与初办的1980年相比,产值由几十万元增至960万元,利润由4.8万元增至56.1万元,固定资产由2.5万元增至30万元,生产工人由100人增至目前的240人。至今年6月底止,企业已为国家创汇222万港元。缴纳税金27万元。企业从小到大,不断发展提高,其主要做法有如下四点: (1)抓住时机,寻求发展。企业兴办初期,由港方提供设备并负责企业的生产管理和销售,常常受港商来料不正常的影响,生产一起一伏,波动很大,1984年上半年甚至濒于

In the initial stage of the establishment of the enterprise, the Hong Kong companies provided equipment and were responsible for the production management and sales of the enterprises.
