对摩洛哥Mera-el-Arech矿石在哈利蒙管中作了浮选方解石和磷酸盐鲕石的研究,所用的药剂是阴离子捕收剂(油酸钠、十二烷基磺酸盐)和一种阳离子捕收剂(十二烷基胺盐酸盐)。试验结果表明,在适当的捕收剂浓度和PH值范围内可得到选择性回收。通过含有变量方解石的人为混合料的浮选可以验证纯矿物表面性能的守恒。从含18%P_2O_5矿石可得到含35%P_2O_5的磷酸盐精矿(接近鲕粒成分)。此外,这项工作使个们了解捕收剂对方解石和碳酸盐——磷灰石的吸附机理。
The flotation of calcite and phosphate oolites from the Mera-el-Arech ore in Halifax, Morocco, was conducted using anionic collectors (sodium oleate, dodecyl sulfonate) and Cationic collector (dodecylamine hydrochloride). The test results show that selective recovery can be obtained at the proper collector concentration and pH range. The conservation of surface properties of pure minerals can be verified by flotation of man-made admixtures containing variable calcite. Phosphate concentrate containing 35% P 2 O 5 from the 18% P 2 O 5 ore (near oolitic content) is obtained. In addition, this work has led to an understanding of the mechanism by which collectors adsorb calcite and carbonate-apatite.
