The most recent financial event affecting the world is the Wall Street crisis. Lehman Brothers, the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States, filed for bankruptcy and triggered a series of economic problems, all of which are ultimately an extension of the subprime mortgage crisis. In 2005, the economy and real estate in the United States were developing at a relatively fast pace. As a result, the bank conducted a large-scale subprime mortgage loan business. However, by 2007, when New Century Financial announced the bankruptcy of the second subprime mortgage company in the United States, a large number of subprime mortgage borrowers could not repay their loans on schedule, which triggered the “subprime mortgage crisis.” In the face of the subprime mortgage crisis, the Chinese economy also has a composition similar to that of the U.S. subprime loans. If we do not pay attention, the Chinese economy will also be dragged into a vicious circle.
