“借班上课”的课堂常常会出现“师问而生不答”或者学生对“生生互动”教学设计表现出“无动于衷”等冷场沉闷的教学情况。许多教师常以“借班上课,学生不会配合很正常”为由给予安慰,但我认为:英语课堂教学中践行师生互动与生生互动、提升学生的英语输入输出效度、克服课堂沉默与“哑巴现象”应是英语教师高度关注的研究课题。其实,有些课堂教学片段的失误与“借班上课”无关,只要处理好若干细节就能使之完美。下
