The 18th National Congress of the CPC and the First Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee successfully concluded the successful conclusion of all the agenda in Beijing. This congress elected the new leadership of the Central Government with both ability and political integrity. The report passed by the General Assembly is a political declaration of our party under the new historical conditions and a program of action for the future development and progress of China. Through a century-long journey, the Chinese Communist Party has stood at a new starting point in carrying the trust of the people and assuming its historic mission.
