应用反相离子对高效液相色谱研究了一系列β-取代的乙基砜衍生物在不同pH 下消除反应,乙烯矾水解反应和与氨基酸加成反应,以及它们的逆反应的动力学, 通过数学处理解得其反应速度常数。β-取代基的电负性增大,消除反应速度常数增 大。β-氨基取代物的反应能力取决于其质子平衡.铵盐的氮正离子有利于消除生成 乙烯砜,而游离胺状态则有利消除反应的逆反应──乙烯砜的加成。pH增大对消 除、加成和水解反应都有加速作用。
By reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC, the kinetics of a series of β-substituted ethylsulfone derivatives at different pHs for elimination reaction, hydrolysis of ethylene and hydrolysis reaction with amino acids, and their reverse reactions were studied. Deal with the reaction rate constant solution. The electronegativity of β-substituent increases and the reaction rate constant increases. The ability of the β-amino substituent to react depends on its proton balance. Ammonium salts of nitrogen positive ions help to eliminate the formation of vinyl sulfone, while the free amine state is beneficial to eliminate the reaction of the reverse reaction ─ ─ vinylsulfone addition. Increasing pH accelerates the elimination, addition and hydrolysis reactions.
