1985年下半年,地矿部西安地矿所从西德菲里根—玛特质谱公司引进了一台具有可变多接收器的MAT—261全自动热电离同位素质谱计。它是目前国内、外最先进的同位素质谱计。该仪器由一台美国惠普公司生产的HP—9836S型专用电子计算机进行控制,既可进行全自动分析,也可进行半自动或手动分析。计算机配备了功能齐全的软件仓,操作极为方便。该仪器在整机设计上,无论是离子源、分析器、接收器,还是真空系统、电子学部件及进样装置均力求采用了当今最先进的技术,因此仪器具有无比优越的技术指标。不仅精度、灵敏度高,而且由于它拥有一个13位的样品盘,在不影响精度和准确度的前提下,一次可装载和连续分析13个样品,从而大大地提高了样品的分析速度。尤为突出的是:我们所引进的MAT—261同位素质谱计具有可变的多接收器(共计9个接收器。其中6个为可变的,3个为
In the second half of 1985, the Xi’an Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Ministry of Geology and Mineralogy introduced a MAT-261 fully automated thermal ionization mass spectrometer with a variable receiver from Westfield Fermat-Matt Spectrum. It is currently the most advanced isotope mass spectrometer at home and abroad. The instrument is controlled by a dedicated HP-9836S computer manufactured by Hewlett-Packard Company. It can perform full automatic analysis or semi-automatic or manual analysis. Computer equipped with a fully functional software warehouse, the operation is extremely convenient. The instrument in the machine design, whether it is ion source, analyzer, receiver, or vacuum system, electronic components and injection devices are sought to use today’s most advanced technology, so the instrument has superior technical indicators. Not only accuracy but also high sensitivity, and thanks to its 13-position sample tray, 13 samples can be loaded and analyzed continuously at a time without compromising on accuracy and accuracy, greatly increasing the speed of sample analysis.
