针对 3G(第三代 )移动通讯设备中热耗高导致设备可靠性降低的问题，用电子热仿真软件对某型号基站进行了整机建模和数值仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析，对机柜整体结构和各功能模块在机柜中的空间位置进行了调整。改进后结构的仿真结果表明，改进措施大大提高了整机散热效率，提高了热设计的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of low reliability of equipment in 3G (third generation) mobile communication equipment, the machine modeling and numerical simulation of a certain model base station are carried out by electronic thermal simulation software. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the overall structure of the cabinet and the spatial position of each functional module in the cabinet are adjusted. The simulation results of the improved structure show that the improvement measures greatly improve the cooling efficiency of the whole machine and improve the reliability of the thermal design.
