本文以电容式钻孔应变仪为例,讨论了井下观测系统从加工密封、安装到长期稳定运行全过程存在的巨大风险。通过对客观存在的风险分析,提出了“1-2-3”(1组密封工艺、2种井下防雷与仪器安装技术、3套质量检验系统)降低风险、提高井下观测系统可靠性的实验方案。
In this paper, a case of capacitance drilling strain gauge is taken as an example to discuss the huge risk of downhole observation system from the process of sealing and installation to the long-term stable operation.
