目的探讨动态三维对子宫输卵管超声造影通畅性的评价及临床应用价值。方法选择女性不孕症患者32例,采用动态三维对子宫输卵管超声造影技术观察输卵管形态及走行,判断输卵管通畅性。其中19例分别进行子宫输卵管超声造影和X线子宫输卵管造影,评价2种方法对于诊断输卵管通畅程度的一致性。结果 32例女性不孕症患者中4例已行单侧输卵管切除,共60条输卵管,其中36条通畅,15条通而不畅,9条阻塞。19例38条输卵管分别进行子宫输卵管超声造影和X线子宫输卵管造影结果比较,总体符合率为81.6%(31/38),一致性检验Kappa值为0.682,一致程度较好。结论动态三维子宫输卵管超声造影技术能够实时动态显示输卵管的形态及走行,简便易行,安全经济,可以作为评价输卵管通畅性的有效方法,对输卵管病变引起的不孕症的临床诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To evaluate the dynamic three-dimensional evaluation of uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and its clinical value. Methods 32 cases of female infertility were selected. The oviduct patency and tubal patency were observed by observing the fallopian tube morphology and pathology with dynamic three-dimensional. Among them, 19 cases were subjected to uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and X-ray hysterosalpingography, respectively, to evaluate the concordance of the two methods in diagnosing tubal patency. Results Of the 32 female infertility patients, 4 cases had unilateral tubal resection with a total of 60 tubal tubes, of which 36 were unobstructed, 15 were poor and 9 were obstructed. 19 cases of 38 tubal tubal uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and X-ray findings of tubal contrast, the overall compliance rate was 81.6% (31/38), the consistency test Kappa value of 0.682, the degree of agreement is better. Conclusions The dynamic three-dimensional uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound technique can display the morphology and movement of fallopian tube in real time, which is simple and easy to operate and safe. It can be used as an effective method to evaluate tubal patency and provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of infertility caused by tubal disease.
