篮球运动专项体能训练是指,针对篮球运动所需的膂力、速度、耐力、敏捷性、协调性、平衡性的专业化体能要求,而开展的专项化体能训练活动。在培养青少年篮球运动体能的过程中,专项体能训练能够有效弥补学生在体能方面存在的不足,从而全面提升学生进行篮球运动的机动性。鉴此,本文重点分析了青少年篮球运动专项体能训练的重要性及有关方法。
Specific sports training for basketball refers to the specialized physical training activities that are carried out according to the professional physical requirements of basketball such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, coordination and balance required. During the training of young basketball physical fitness, special physical training can effectively make up for students ’deficiencies in physical fitness, so as to enhance students’ mobility in basketball. In view of this, this article focuses on the importance of adolescent basketball special physical training and related methods.
