社会价值取向客观上加重了教师负担。读好书、上好学校、找好工作,是社会普遍认可的发展轨迹,中、小学校由此承载了家长们太多的希望。这种希望,实际上是一种只许成功不许失败的升学压力。为了不负家长重托,学校只能不断增加学生的在校时间和学习时间,而这些都需要教师去完成。这样, 学校的压力又转化为教师的压力,成为教师挥之不去的沉重负担。
Social value orientation objectively aggravated the burden on teachers. Reading a good book, attending a good school, and finding a good job are socially recognized development trajectories. Therefore, the primary and secondary schools carry too much hope for parents. This hope is actually a kind of higher education pressure that only promises to fail. In order to live up to the parents’ trust, the school can only continuously increase the student’s school time and study time, and these need teachers to complete. In this way, the pressure on the school turns into a pressure on teachers and becomes a heavy burden that teachers cannot afford.
