目的 了解不同年级医学生的心理健康状况及对所学专业满意度情况,并试图探讨两者之间的关系,为心理健康教育提供参考。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自编大学生一般情况调查问卷(其中一项是调查被试对录取专业的满意度),对3248名医学本科生进行测试和评定。结果 不同年级医学生的心理健康状况存在显著性差异,不同年级医学生对所学专业满意度的分布存在显著性差异。医学生对专业的满意程度与心理键康水平存在一定相关关系。结论 提高医学生对专业的满意度可能是提高心理健康状况的有效手段;二、三年级大学生是心理健康教育的重点。
Objective To understand the mental health of college students in different grades and the degree of their satisfaction with the major studied, and to explore the relationship between them and provide a reference for mental health education. Methods A total of 3248 medical undergraduates were tested and assessed using the Self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90), self-compiled questionnaire of general condition of college students (one of them was to investigate the degree of satisfaction of the subjects with admission majors). Results There was a significant difference in the mental health of medical students in different grades. There was a significant difference in the distribution of the degree of professional satisfaction among medical students of different grades. There is a certain correlation between medical students’ professional satisfaction and mental health level. Conclusion Improving medical students’ professional satisfaction may be an effective way to improve mental health status. The second and third grade college students are the key points of mental health education.
