以湖南省2004年森林资源二类清查数据为基础,用Visual Basic语言编辑程序,建立湖南省森林资源系统动力学模型,根据人工更新率R1、新造林面积率R2和开发建设项目占地率R3三个速率变量的变化,模拟7种方案,计算湖南省森林覆盖率和蓄积量从2006—2050年的动态变化过程。分析结果表明:以湖南省现实情况和湖南省“十一五”规划为依据确定的基本方案是湖南林业可持续发展的最佳政策方案。
Based on the second type inventory data of forest resources in Hunan Province in 2004, the dynamic programming model of forest resources in Hunan Province was established by using Visual Basic programming language. According to the artificial update rate R1, the new afforestation area rate R2 and the occupancy rate R3 The changes of three rate variables simulate 7 kinds of schemes to calculate the dynamic change process of forest cover and stock volume in Hunan Province from 2006 to 2050. The analysis shows that the basic plan based on the actual situation of Hunan Province and the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” of Hunan Province is the best policy plan for sustainable forestry development in Hunan Province.
